Daghan was born and raised in Istanbul and since 2003 has called New York City his home.

He holds a degree in Industrial and Interaction Design from Syracuse University with a Communication Photography minor from the Newhouse School of Communications. Since graduation, he has worked in publishing and branding in New York. Daghan has a finely tuned journalistic approach, which comes from years of experience in art direction and graphic layouts. He successfully bridges multiple disciplines of design and photography to create the best solutions for his clients. His design solutions have always been functional, high-quality and environmentally conscious.

He is also a FPA credentialed photojournalist and a member of Association Internationale des Journalistes du Cyclismo who has covered a wide range of sporting events, from the Millrose Games to Paris-Roubaix and the World Championships.
